This means once you complete your purchase, you own the item. We cannot accept it back for reasons like:

Why such a strict policy?
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and for hygiene reasons with both lingerie and footwear, we must maintain strict product integrity. This ensures that every item you receive from Geezire is brand new and hasn't been worn or used by anyone else.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or is genuinely defective, we will make it right.
